Dandelion

Dandelion root has a long history of use as a liver cooler and cleanser. It is taken for liver-related problems, such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, and liver toxicity, as well as poor appetite and constipation. The leaves act as a diuretic and are used for water retention and to increase lactation
