Herbs. To regulate the liver use the following herbs:
Herb Formula. Simmer 1 teaspoon each of burdock root, dandelion root, red clover flowers, sarsaparilla root, and 1/2 teaspoon of ginger in 4 cups of water for 15 minutes; then steep the mixture for 15 minutes. Drink 1 cup of the tea 2 or 3 times daily before meals. Or, mix 1 teaspoon each of the individual tinctures in 1 cup of water and drink 1/2 cup, twice daily. ailment index |
