Motion sickness


Herbs. Take 2-3 ginger capsules 1/2 hour before departure and then every 2 or 3 hours as needed. You can also try nibbling on crystalized ginger or drinking natural ginger ale.

Herb Formula. Simmer 1 tablespoon of dried ginger rhizome in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes. Then add 1 teaspoon of lavender flowers, and let it steep for 10 minutes. Drink 1/2 cup to 1 cup as needed.
