Migraine



Herbs.
  • feverfew herb (must be taken for 3-5 months to be fully effective)
  • skullcap herb
  • ginkgo leaf
  • ginger rhizome

Herb Formula. Steep 1 teaspoon each of feverfew herb, periwinkle herb, ginger rhizome, and skullcap herb in 4 cups water for 20 minutes. Drink 1 cup of the tea 2 or 3 times daily before meals. If you prefer, mix 1 teaspoon each of the individual tinctures in 1 cup of water and drink 1/2 cup, twice daily.
