Herbs. Drink teas made from the following soothing herbs:
Herb Formula. Simmer 1 teaspoon each of marshmallow root, licorice root, and wild yam root in 2 cups of water. Turn off the heat and add 1 teaspoon of peppermint leaf; steep for 15 minutes. Drink 1 cup of the tea 2 or 3 times daily before meals. Or, mix 1 teaspoon each of the individual tinctures in 1 cup of water and drink 1/2 cup, twice daily. ailment index |
