Herbs. Pain-relieving herbs, such as valerian root, feverfew herb, and passion flower. Circulation-enhancing herbs, such as ginger root and ginkgo leaf. Herb Formulas. Combine 1 teaspoon each of wood betony leaves and flowers, ginger root, feverfew herb, passion flower, and periwinkle leaf in 4 cups boiling water and steep the mixture for 20 minutes. Drink 1 cup of the tea 2 or 3 times daily before meals. Or, mix 1 teaspoon each of the individual tinctures in 1 cup of water and drink 1/2 cup, twice daily. ailment index |
