Hangover



Herbs.
  • Ginseng root in tincture, tea, or capsule for digestion energy balancing.
  • Milk thistle extract to nourish and protect the liver.
  • Dandelion leaf and root, yellow dock root, and chicory root to cool and detoxify the liver.

Herb Formula. Simmer 1 tablespoon each of dandelion root, dandelion leaf, and 1 teaspoon of ginger rhizome in 3 cups of water for 20 minutes. If available, add 1 tablespoon of the Chinese herb kudzu. Allow the tea to cool and drink 3-4 cups daily.
