Herbs.
  • Drink teas made from the seeds of anise, caraway, fennel, and/or dill.
  • Peppermint leaf tea or peppermint oil (add 2 drops to 1 cup of hot water)
  • wild yam root

Herb Formula. Simmer 1 teaspoon peppermint leaf, 1/2 teaspoon ginger root and fennel seed, and 1/4 teaspoon cardamon seeds and licorice root for five minutes. Allow it to steep an additional ten minutes, then drink 1 cup as needed.
