Herbs. Teas from one or more of the following herbs can help remove heat from the body:
Herb Formula. Pour 3 cups boiling water over 1 tablespoon each of peppermint leaf, yarrow flowers, and elder flowers and steep 20 minutes. Drink 1 cup of the tea 2 or 3 times daily. Or, blend the individual tinctures and add 1 teaspoon each to three cups of water, and drink 1 cup three times daily. ailment index |
