Herbs.
  • To increase and balance your energy, take ginger rhizome and Siberian ginseng root.
  • For a temporary boost, try maté or green tea but do take them long-term due to their caffeine content.

Herb Formulas. Simmer 1 teaspoon each wild oats spikelets, damiana herb, ginseng root, and ginger rhizome in 4 cups water and simmer for 20 minutes. Drink 1 cup of the tea 2 or 3 times daily before meals. Or, mix 1 teaspoon each of the individual tinctures in 1 cup of water and drink 1/2 cup, twice daily.
