Herb Formula. In 1 cup of water add 1 teaspoon each of the tinctures of St. John's wort leaf and flower, ginkgo leaf, rosemary leaf, lavender flowers, and 1/2 teaspoon of red ginseng tincture. Drink 1/4 cup morning and evening away from mealtimes.
