Herbs. To lower inflammation and counteract pain, try the following herbs:
Herb Formula. Simmer 1 teaspoon each meadowsweet herb, licorice root, black cohosh root, and kava root in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes. Drink 1 cup of the tea 2 to 3 times daily. Or, mix 1 teaspoon each of the individual tinctures in 1 cup of water and drink 1/2 cup 2 to 3 times daily. ailment index |
