DescriptionHoneysuckle flowers are known to have heat-clearing properties in Chinese medicine and are used for fever, sore throat, and inflammation of the breast, throat, or eyes, especially for flu. In the summer it is used for its general cooling nature. In China, honeysuckle is used in breast cancer. It is known for its antibiotic and antiviral effects.
